    Certification details will always be discussed before your purchase is finalized.

    5. Production begins once approved.

  • Because every K&N Jewels piece is custom-made specifically for you, production typically takes 8–12 weeks depending on the complexity of the design, stone sourcing requirements, and current production schedule.

    Throughout the process, we will keep you informed with updates and provide an estimated completion timeline before production begins.

    For time-sensitive occasions such as engagements, anniversaries, birthdays, or special events, we recommend contacting us as early as possible to discuss availability and timing.

  • Yes.

    We want you to love your piece before it goes into production. Minor revisions can be made during the CAD approval stage. Once production begins, changes may no longer be possible.

  • All K&N Jewels pieces are custom-made and therefore final sale.

    We encourage clients to carefully review all design details before production begins. if there is a craftsmanship concern, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

  • We understand that fine jewelry is an investment. While we do not currently offer financing or payment plans, we are happy to work with you to find a design, diamond, or gemstone option that fits your style and budget.
